The unit packaged in a large box (and heavy) remained to be assembled and was tucked away until December 25th. Thinking that it was going to be, ’sorry so sad’, we assembled the desk with the damaged piece. Since the instructions had a notice for the website referring to replacement parts if required, I decide to check out if available and costs for the new piece. For surprise #2, the site replied ‘your part order is confirmed’. I called the customer service center and got Sauder’ed!
